B.N.M — SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

Last Updated: 2 September 2026

This Shipping & Delivery Policy forms part of the terms governing purchases made through B.N.M and should be read together with our Return & Refund Policy, Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

1. Order Processing

Orders are processed after successful placement and, where applicable, verification of the order.

Prepaid orders are processed after successful payment confirmation. Cash on Delivery (“COD”) orders may be subject to OTP, telephone, WhatsApp or other reasonable verification procedures before dispatch.

B.N.M reserves the right to place an order on hold where additional verification is reasonably required for fraud prevention, incorrect or incomplete customer information, suspected misuse of COD, payment issues or other legitimate operational reasons.

2. Shipping and Delivery

B.N.M uses third-party logistics and courier service providers for order delivery.

The estimated delivery time applicable to an order may depend upon the customer's delivery PIN code, courier availability, order-processing time, public holidays, local restrictions and other logistical circumstances.

Where an estimated delivery date or delivery window is displayed during checkout, in the order confirmation or through shipment tracking, it is an estimate based on information available at that time.

Once an order is dispatched, customers will ordinarily receive tracking information through the contact details provided with the order.

3. Shipping Charges

Any applicable shipping, delivery or other compulsory charge will be disclosed to the customer before completion of the purchase.

The total amount payable by the customer will be displayed at checkout before the customer confirms the order.

No undisclosed shipping charge will be added after an order has been placed.

4. Customer Responsibility for Delivery Information

Customers must provide accurate and complete information, including:

  • Recipient name;
  • Complete delivery address;
  • Correct PIN code;
  • Active mobile number; and
  • Any other information reasonably necessary for delivery.

B.N.M will not intentionally alter a customer's delivery information without authorization.

Where delivery cannot be completed because information supplied by the customer is materially incorrect, incomplete or inaccessible, B.N.M may contact the customer and/or arrange another delivery attempt where reasonably possible.

Additional costs caused solely by incorrect information supplied by the customer may be recoverable from the customer where permitted by applicable law and after appropriate disclosure.

5. Delivery Attempts

Courier partners may contact customers through telephone, SMS, WhatsApp or other available communication methods in connection with delivery.

Customers are requested to remain reasonably available at the delivery address and respond to legitimate courier communications.

Where delivery fails, another delivery attempt may be made subject to the courier partner's serviceability and operational procedures.

6. Cash on Delivery Orders

COD orders may require verification before shipment.

Successful COD verification does not alter the customer's rights available under applicable consumer law.

Repeated intentional refusal of confirmed COD shipments, fraudulent orders or material misuse of the COD facility may result in COD being restricted for future purchases, provided such restriction is applied reasonably and without unlawful discrimination.

7. Delayed Delivery

B.N.M will make reasonable efforts to ensure that orders are delivered within the communicated delivery period.

Delays may occasionally occur because of circumstances such as severe weather, natural disasters, strikes, transport disruption, governmental restrictions, public emergencies, courier-network disruption, incorrect delivery information or other circumstances beyond reasonable control.

Where goods are delivered later than the stated delivery schedule in circumstances giving the customer a statutory remedy under applicable law, B.N.M will honour the customer's rights under applicable consumer-protection law.

Nothing in this policy excludes any right that a consumer is entitled to exercise under mandatory applicable law.

8. Lost, Damaged or Tampered Shipments

If an order is lost in transit, materially damaged during transportation, or arrives in visibly tampered packaging, the customer should contact B.N.M as soon as reasonably possible.

Customers may be requested to provide photographs, videos, packaging information or other reasonable evidence necessary for investigating the claim.

For an eligible claim, B.N.M may provide an appropriate remedy such as replacement, exchange, return or refund in accordance with the circumstances and applicable law.

A customer's statutory rights concerning defective, deficient, spurious, incorrectly supplied or misrepresented goods are not limited by this section.

9. Incorrect Product Delivered

If B.N.M delivers a product materially different from the item ordered, the customer should contact B.N.M promptly.

After verification, B.N.M will provide the appropriate remedy, which may include replacement, exchange, return or refund, without improperly shifting responsibility for B.N.M's error to the customer.

10. Order Cancellation Before Dispatch

Customers may request cancellation while an order remains unfulfilled and has not entered a stage at which shipment can no longer reasonably be stopped.

Submitting a cancellation request does not by itself confirm cancellation. B.N.M will confirm whether cancellation has been successfully completed.

B.N.M will not impose a cancellation charge merely because a consumer cancels an order after confirming purchase unless such charge is lawful and satisfies the requirements applicable under Indian ecommerce law.

If an eligible prepaid order is cancelled, any accepted refund will be processed in accordance with applicable law and the B.N.M Return & Refund Policy.

11. Refused or Undeliverable Shipments

A shipment may be returned to B.N.M if delivery cannot be completed after reasonable attempts, the customer refuses delivery, the address is incorrect or incomplete, the customer is unavailable, or the shipment otherwise becomes undeliverable.

The consequences of such return will depend upon the reason for non-delivery, payment method, applicable shipping charges and the customer's statutory rights.

Nothing in this section permits B.N.M to deny a remedy where the failure was caused by B.N.M, its goods, or circumstances for which applicable law makes B.N.M responsible.

12. Returns After Delivery

Requests involving returns, exchanges or refunds after delivery are governed by the B.N.M Return, Exchange & Refund Policy.

Eligible return-shipping arrangements and any applicable return-shipping costs will be disclosed and handled in accordance with that policy and applicable law.

13. Third-Party Courier Partners

Courier companies act as logistics service providers for delivery purposes.

Use of a third-party courier does not remove any responsibility that applicable consumer law places upon B.N.M as the ecommerce seller/entity.

Where a courier-related issue occurs, B.N.M will reasonably assist customers in investigating the shipment and pursuing the appropriate resolution.

14. Grievances and Customer Support

For shipping, delivery, cancellation, return or order-related concerns, customers may contact B.N.M at:

Email: bnm.amz.custum@gmail.com

Customer complaints will be handled through B.N.M's grievance-redressal process in accordance with applicable Indian ecommerce and consumer-protection requirements.

15. Applicable Law and Consumer Rights

This policy is intended to operate consistently with applicable Indian law, including, where relevant:

Consumer Protection Act, 2019;
Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, as amended;
Sale of Goods Act, 1930;
Indian Contract Act, 1872;
Legal Metrology Act, 2009;
Legal Metrology (Packaged Commodities) Rules, 2011, as amended; and
other applicable rules, regulations and governmental directions.

If any provision of this policy conflicts with a mandatory right available to a consumer under applicable law, the mandatory provision of law will prevail to the extent of that conflict.

16. Changes to This Policy

B.N.M may update this policy to reflect changes in law, courier operations, business practices or services.

Changes will apply prospectively from the date on which the revised policy is published, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
