These Terms & Conditions govern use of the B.N.M online store and purchases made through it. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
Products and Availability
We aim to present product descriptions, sizes, colours, images and availability accurately. Screen settings and photography may cause minor colour variation. Orders are subject to product availability.
Pricing
Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR). B.N.M may update prices or offers before an order is placed. The amount shown and confirmed at checkout is the amount charged for that order, subject to any valid discount or COD handling charge shown there.
Orders
Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance. An order may be cancelled or declined when stock is unavailable, payment cannot be confirmed, delivery details are incomplete, or the order cannot reasonably be fulfilled.
Payments
Available payment methods are shown at checkout. Prepaid payments are processed through the payment provider available at checkout. Cash on Delivery may be offered subject to serviceability, verification and risk controls, and may include a ₹100 COD handling charge where shown.
Shipping, Returns and Exchanges
Shipping, returns, exchanges, cancellations and refunds are governed by the policies published on this website.
Customer Information
You are responsible for providing accurate contact, delivery and payment information.
Intellectual Property
B.N.M branding, original website content, product imagery and design materials may not be copied or used without permission except where law permits.
Misuse
You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, or use it for unlawful activity.
Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, B.N.M is not responsible for indirect loss arising from use of the website or delays outside reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on the website applies to future use and orders.
